If anything, he should publicly apologize to Janet because she got the most heat. The Grammy's even banned her that year because of that performance, but he was still able to attend. That fucked up her career big time.

That was an obviously planned attempt at being edgy that backfired in Jan's face, but the way Justin got the hell out of dodge and basically threw Janet under the bus for the sake of his own reputation was foul.
