The I Should Have Cheated musician was evicted from a home she was renting in Santa Monica, California after allegedly failing to pay $19,000 (?14,173) in rent, according to editors at TMZ.com.

In addition to being sued by her former landlord for the back rent Keyshia, 34, reportedly now also faces a lawsuit claiming more than $150,000 (?111,897) to pay for damage to the property.

The gossip site reports that in the new lawsuit, Keyshia's old landlord claims she put holes in the ceilings and walls, scratched the floor, and destroyed door frames.

The lawsuit reportedly values the damage at $150,000 which the landlord is seeking in repayment as well as an unspecified additional sum to compensate for the "emotional distress" the episode has caused.

Keyshia is no stranger to legal and financial trouble as in February 2014 officials at America's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) demanded $162,159 (?120,967) in unpaid taxes.

Later the same year (15) she was arrested at the home of then boyfriend Bryan 'Birdman' Williams due to an outstanding warrant relating to a 2002 driving under the influence (DUI) charge.

It was alleged that Keyshia failed to complete a mandatory alcohol education course, but in April last year (15) a California court accepted her lawyer's argument that a lack of documentation stating she had completed the course was due to an administrative error by her old legal representatives.
