you meditate and try to leave your body and search for it.
i want to get into meditation and yoga

yea I started 2 years ago for anxiety
I started with hot yoga, then moved into meditation

It's really crazy because in addition to the physical benefits, you can learn how to control your thoughts/moods when you stay in practice.

What's hot yoga tho? In a sauna?

And how often do u do it? Every day?
I need to do this! Just to be even more peaceful!
I want my positive vibes to kinda shine through my pores
hot yoga once a week, but I haven't been in like a month :plzstop:
It's in a room heated to like 120 degrees, drink lots of water because it will just run out of your pores during. It really helps strength endurance and balance!

But I meditate every morning 20 minutes.
