I was just on my way to Cologne when my brother saw it on FB. I'm extremely disappointed.

I mean she went through 4 different time zones these past 15 days...

And it seemed like during the day she was visiting and exploring the cities instead of resting...

I mean with Chicago, she had a place to stay so that's different. When you travel, you do not eat like you always do, you don't sleep the same way...

I heard the doctor said NO SnapChat for a week as well.

There is also a change in her attitude.. It looks like she is spending a lot of time thinking about which people she wants in her life and which people she wants to let go. I could imagine that takes a lot of energy as well.. I really hope she will feel better soon.

Hahha she loves the filters before going to bed. I have so much respect for her because she does try to stick to that routine, even visiting a gym and everything in London.. I don't have that much discipline
