I can't say most cause I haven't done a poll but based on reading, I learned that there's a vast majority of gays who have been abused when they were younger. Many grow up to feel like they were pressured to be gay.

And by singling out black people turning gay because of abuse, is he saying black men are genetically different from white men as far as sexuality. That would mean he subscribes to phenotypical features carrying meaning beyond your appearance but your actually mentality and behavior. If black men turn gay because of abuse, all men do. You can't seperate blacks from other human, as if they were a different species. At the end of the day we can all recreate with eachother so we are not biologically predisposed to have differing sexual orientations.

You're getting all emotional cause you're a gay man and would like to believe that gay men choose or were born gay. That's not the case for most. It's the same with lesbians. Most of the butch ones were abused by men so being like them is a coping mechanism.
