Michael ain't that bad and he's the biggest name in the cast so far so it doesn't matter if he was the best they were going to chose him because of that alone.

I mean yeah Lupita is a household name, but this is like the second Live action Role Pita has had since 12 years a slave. She's only done CGI since.

Have u checked Mike's movie credits? He hasnt actually been in that many movies. He's still pretty new. Pita is a bigger name and been in bigger movies, cgi or not. She actually has a Disney film coming out too btw

I actually DO what Michael in this, his star power from Creed will seep over, this really is an all star BLACK cast

and he is much better than that dude that snagged the lead as Will's son in Independence Day 2

I actually think with the right choices, Chadwick could become big, no slave movies tho, this should open doors, I want him in a Transporter/Bourne/Bond type series tbh

although the latter genre you mentioned is getting old to me as well. I really wish the film industry had more to offer actors/performing artists. I definitely dont see it being more fulfilling than the stage for me, personally
