the way y'all shit on her last two projects  :uhh: they're really good IMO

Her best imo. Her first album, she was just getting into things. She just showed up to the studio and sang. 2nd album was really great and showed diversity. But I really felt she came into her own on Back To Me and then Side Effects.

And Tasia has always made it a habit to release her albums during Idol season. Album shoulda been released during the Farewell season. That always gives her a little sales boost. Wasted opportunity and terrible planning by her label and management. Material isn't very strong this go round tho so 'Welp'. She's on that push back curse most of these R&B artists are on these days.

Marilyn

Not BET unplugged; BET honors; BET gospel; and BET black girls rock

They are so fucking rude

why not let the girl perform at your MAIN ATTRACTION. She should've performed at the BET Awards. She had single and an album to promote to several millions. Fucking retarded.

this new orleans mardi grais parade mess

this album will be weak as hell!

shes done

:dead: :dead: :kii:

I think they wanted to give the audience something that felt more "pop", but this seems a bit outdated, or from a tv musical or something, Hairspray or something like that.

I think she just doesnt have great producers at all. The 1st single was pretty solid, but she can do better, musicwise, but without the right producers, you can have a great voice but there's not so much you can do

No I think fantasia is making music for herself and I don't think she's earned that right yet
No reason why all this talent is being wasted on these generic records

Why did they give her so much control this era?? SMFH

Zankou.

there was nothing solid about 'No time'

So Blue had so much potential but the verses are trash

And ugly was just ok ...  :uhh:

Not really current .. And something that an American idol winner would win and sing after being crowned

#1 Self Titled
#2 Free Yourself
#2 Back To Me
#4 Side Effects

I remember expecting sooooo much from Back To Me, and back then I was disappointed a bit, in retrospect it's really dope though... Honestly her first three are all iconic and pretty close with "Fantasia" definitely taking the cake though.

Side Effects had incredible songs like "End Of Me", "Lose To Win" or "In Deep", even "Without Me"... The rest didn't grab me like that though.

All around one of the most solid catalogues in R&B for sure, way way better than comparable acts such as KeKe Wyatt, Jennifer Hudson or Melanie Fiona. Jazmine trumps her, while Kelly and her are neck and neck material wise. Price that is.
