How do you feel about "I don't date black guys"



and not even just saying white people,
because there's this guy that I know who is black but always says he won't date any blacks.

Although I'd love to say, you like what you like, it bothers me. I don't like when White people say it, Latinos, Asians, or when Black people say it. It's offensive for some reason. Maybe it's the way it sounds.

I don't equate racism to sexual preferences or hangups. You like what you like. Obviously we should look at each case individually and if someone's meaning to be offensive with that statement, then it's usually more obvious

I honestly think it's based off of the stigma that surrounds Black people.

Any one that can say they don't date an entire race of people clearly has some sort of issue or bias towards that race for whatever reason. Rarely is a statement like that just based on preference, but that's just my opinionata.
