Serious question no troll


/ I'm being blacklisted by my former employer from 2014. I'm wondering if I legally change my name and get a new social security card, will that help erase the bad rep associated w my name. Also have same name as my father n I literally can't stand the ole fool. The price is cheap in Tennessee and Mississippi but I'm go with Tennessee as I was born there, like only 28$ I think. What y'all think? Would u do it and have u felt like a former human resources manager is sabotaging you from finding work

An co-worker of mine (older white guy) want me to suck his dick. I declined so after he started harassing me. I reported him to HR n she thought it was a joke. She literally move him frm his department closer to mine. He would touch on me like rub my side n back shoulder n shit. Wink and call me thick phat booty. He did and said a lot shit to make me feel uncomfortable n one day he followed me home. I went back to HR to see if she was conducting an investigation n she wasn't she alluded to that I was off mentally. I quit and it's has haunted me every since

I did that with all but everytome they set me up for an interview but after the interview would be background check and after that point I wouldn't hear from them again. I don't know what to do. I think they can still pull up jobs from w2 or tax idk but they can find that info

Well your social security number would still be the same, plus you have to list names you were previously known as for most jobs, so don't think there's any running away.

Yeah man it was a mess. Its making me hate white women smh. Idk I try not to be paranoid but no way I shouldn't be able to get these jobs. Ups wouldn't touch me, can't get on at call center. Guess I'ma have to go back to minimum wage jobs n try my luck there.
