I didn't think Black Nasty was that bad.  Trina was probably more offended at the "black" part.  I didn't see it as anything beyond "you do the nasty" with him.

That said, she should have stopped once she saw Trina was clearly uncomfortable.  The mountain comment got her right in the jugular.
