and honestly 8,9, and 10 all kinda sound the same. A whole lot of noise and over production. I love WAU but one of those other songs coulda been an unreleased track, didnt have to make the album

I used to skip Can We because those first couple seconds sound identical to the first couple of WAU. But once you dig into the song and vocal, they're nothing alike

Its my opinion that vonc hasnt come to appreciate the best of brandy yet
He dislikes a large amount of her material
Makes me blink  several times when i think about it
But the over lapping production was a theme on fm

But can we and wau do sound like the same drum kit but reworked

And at the end where they slow down can we it and fade onto wau its similiar

Rodney clealry tried a 2 for 1 with that

But stargate got 9 for 1 with their drum pattern over a cello for a while

Vocally Full Moon just devours the other two. That is all that matters. Not like Li wrote her mess.

Just vocals arent enough to make an album great. the production and Brandy's voice didnt gel well imo. Alot of the songs were overproduced and it just sounds like a whole bunch of noise IMO. Aaliyah's production and her voice were a unit. I felt like I couldnt even hear brandy for production shit in the BG at times. There's a reason Afrodisiac is Brandy's most critically acclaimed album. There's a reason RED was exalted critically. Full Moon didnt get great reviews........and now that I think about it, it being TOO LONG was one of the gripes
A great album aint about who has the best vocals. There are bitches who cant sing that make amazing albums
