Meh. I wish he would try to give his songs some structure at least. On the first listen it just sounds like a bunch of incoherent mumbling and all bleeds together for me.
I'll prob buy the physical when it comes out and give it a shot. 17 tracks is too long for Frank's style of art, the 12 or whatever on the physical might be more palatable.
