Even if she and FLOPica have an issue personally, it really should not be so obvious to the general public. Although, I wouldn't take the "Girl bye" as a diss to FLOPica directly, I think it's more so about Brandy trying to disassociate the two of them. But that dry ass "Thank you." after FLOPica gave props for BP was shady through and through, because every other celeb that gave props got a paragraph response.
