Word on the street is the band is getting back together to release a new version of their Elephunk song this Thursday. It?s purpose besides distracting Fergie from pursing her solo career is to promote peace ? the revised track is thought to be a charity single to raise awareness in the racial equality crisis the nation is embroiled in.

WheresTheLove.com shows a countdown, and below that are funds for Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Aylan Kurdi and the police officers recently killed in Dallas.



Earlier this year, will.i.am confirmed there would be a Black Eyed Peas reunion. ?It breaks my heart that I even have to say that because really we should just always have been doing Black Eyed Peas actually,? he said.

some classic songs shouldn't be touched..i'm sure they could have done a new version and call it  Part 2
