It has everything to do with it, it's not like her birth control failed and she got randomly pregnant at 50. She froze her eggs which reduces risk of many threats to the babies, she doesn't have to work for the duration of the pregnancy which reduces stress, she doesn't have to do anything physical which would jeopardize the child-carrying itself, etc.

She got pregnant during a demanding tour where she danced for two hours for more than half of the week. She's currently working with her personal trainer while pregnant so her "condition" is far superior than most women in their 20's/30's..
