when Mon|ca says positive things, there is always underlying shade 
but when Brandy says things.... it's never as it seems, or there's a "reason" for the shade nobody else knows about. Not saying this is your view but the overall sentiment from the Starz does seem a little hypocritical and suspect
and it actually was a test tbh, Brandy shouldn't have handled it that way, and Evelyn Lozada or Tami Roman would've attacked her head on with FISTS.
when somebody continues to try to be CUTE with you and jab, but you're taking the high road, it's a test
she had valid reason to say something smart and kept it cute, I take that for what it's worth

and no, regardless of the reason, i dont think Brandy needs to be shady online
at all . Im actually NOT a fan of it, although i did like how it started in the beginning (months ago) when she'd simply respond to a shady comment and such. It started off light and now she's gotten carried away
I've yet to see anyone on this forum outright defend Brandy's online actions
