Producer Swizz Beatz is being accused of conspiring with an associate to cheat a car leasing company out of millions of dollars.

Metro-Gem Leasing and Funding is suing him for $42 million, alleging that he and his associate Macky Dancy used their name to lease luxury cars like McLarens, Bentleys, Porsches and Ferraris to third parties at a marked-up price.

Metro says that they were happy to lease the vehicles for Beatz "use with his wife Alicia Keys." According to the NY Post, the lawsuit alleges that Beatz instead leased those at rates of up to $7,000 a month.
