Creams have more oil and help your skin stay more moisturised
Lotions have more water than oil and is less moisturing
I guess it depends on your environment and your skin type and what it needs though

I know when I use cocoa butter lotion a few hours later my face is tight and dry again

it's been raining nonstop lately and we've had a few tornado sightings and horrible storms
