just got off the phone with them, i made a woopsie on my part last night with the remote....switching my package that kicked me out of my promotion....

i called, they fixed it AND gave me 3 months free of all the premiums lolz! :cheerup: and i don't even have to call back to cancel them to avoid billing :supluv:

sexy technicians, good customer service, i'm a fan! LMAO! :cheerup:
