Beyonc? and Lemonade were visual albums that were both recently released at the time of Bey's respective performances. It's apples and oranges. If Ghan releases a surprise visual album leading up to the awards, then BOOK. I don't believe that's going to happen.

but Beyonce performed album cuts TWICE when she had 15 mins
and the vanguard is a CAREER award too

You can't really call them album cuts they all have videos to them and have been HIGHLY publicized and CHARTED better than some people's singles
