I honestly feel its how I grew up.  Keep in mind I am of mixed race Dads black mom is white .  I look more black except I am light skinned and have blue eyes. I was the only black or mixed guy in my school up until middle school or so.  I grew up around mostly white guys and girls and it kind of just stuck and you take that for what it is.

But NICK, i was gonna say that i have an Argentinian friend that only likes AAs and  he was preaching the same thing. We had a full out debate and i felt bad because he said it was nothing  more than what he was attracted to but i just couldn't fight the feeling that it was SOMETHING else. Like i hear u but EH

I have never had anyone question my type till here tbh but its really nothing else

And gender is completely different from race. There is NO difference amongst humans BUT gender. Me explaining why I prefer men would be a lot different and easier than you explaining why you prefer white boys.
