A couple actually. Iono about everywhere else but I've definitely received cards telling me to contact them if i had issues. I too have had convos with installers and was told that  if u have problems with ur service and they were just at ur home, that actually reflects bad on them as an installer because that's how their work is gauged. It would be more beneficial to them if u called them. BUT that's just my own personal experience
