true. i was shocked she signed so quickly. i'm pretty sure the deal is not so bad cause she made mention she has learned from her mistakes and is "lawyer'd up" this time around. So I pray her deal isn't bad. she did also mention that she will be paying off her lawyers for the rest of her life so she prob felt the need to sign a new deal quick, put an album out, earn some money and start paying off her debts.

my guess  is the the tringle was a guage for which direction she should go in and i think these songs were kinda crafted with the idea of save my soul-ish type tracks being the focus

on the contrary, she recorded a whole album and scrapped it along with the tringle because it wasn't what the fans wanted. they wanted her to do more r&B so she re-recorded the entire album to make it more r&B. so the final product is her version of R&B. I wouldnt be mad either if she had an album with 2 or 3 songs with hit single potential and the rest were fillers but there's no hits on the album.
