there are transgenders that don't take hormones, don't get surgeries and are happy with the parts they have but they just don't feel the gender they were given at birth.
just because someone doesn't go all out doesn't make them less of a transgender than the next.
But since he specifically mentioned the ones who do take hormones and nip and tuck, why not address that? We know transgender is an umbrella term but he was rather specific. I dont think yall actually tried to understand his question, rather jump at the opportunity to show everyone how tolerant and understanding you are and oh! ignorant!
so he should say "trans logic" as in ALL trans think that way?
I rarely hear that... But I don't think someone saying 'that makes her less than a woman?' should be taken literal. that sounds more like "just because I'm trans, I'm human too."
since people like to act like trans is a disease or an "OTHER" in gender classification. it doesn't sound like they are forcing people to think they were actually born a female/male when they obviously weren't.
well its not all trans but i explained which trans logic i was referring to (the ones who do not belive there was a transition eventho they are taking steps towards it and the ones who subscribe to the gender does not exist theory)
and its my opinion that gender roles are a social construct because there are things pushed on us
like girls play with dolls and easy bake ovens and boys play with cars trucks planes and fix it stuff
and that is a social construct of gender roles
but to say actual gender doesnt exist is weird imo
and i think if the people really belived this there would be a more a move to identifying with both sexes equally instead of just going against being (as they were born)
if that makes sense
