If it's itchy like a rash your probably getting folliculitis (shaving bumps) psoriasis or some allergic reaction

Thx. I'm gonna try the shampoo.

Someone suggested a mixture of vinegar & apple cider. Something about the acid killing what might be a bacterial infection. That mess didnt work.
