They don't work
It definitely works. Worked for my mom and I did it awhile back and it worked.
Doing it again now to jumpstart my mess. Potentially going vegan too.
king omfff
the vegan population here is kinda GROWING....young and 'man are also tryna make it happen
Did you lose weight since going vegan?
Yes.....I was 230 (not fat..ppl always think I'm 20 lbs less than my actual weight).. ...I'm 221 now.
the quantity of food I'm eating is so much more...and i'm never ever hungry....tbh i've been pigging out on pringles and junk fried mess for weeks. but i'm not gaining weight. used to gain weight really easily
See, that's why I don't want to go fully vegan. It's already difficult for me to gain weight. I'm currently at 152 and it took a while for me to get there.
But I do love this vegan wave and the consciousness about our food. We actually have a vegan supermarket in my city. I was a bit disgusted by the food in the US.
don't worry about that at all..
yes the closer you are to a whole, unprocessed plant foods the harder it will be to gain weight...they have low caloric density so you have to eat a lot....
but if you use overt oils (vegetable oils) and more refined carbs, it won't be difficult at all to gain weight...you can easily get in the calories..
10 bananas = 1000 calories
8 tablespoons of oil= 1000 calories
its really not something you should be worried about at all.
