there was this group study on tv comparing the lemon/caynene pepper diet to people who ate clean for 2 weeks
And the people on the clean diet detoxed better than the ones on the lemon/caynenne pepper detox

How does that support your theory that it doesn't work simply because another method works better?

This is like my 4th or 5th time doing it and I've never had a problem.

I only do it a couple days though so maybe that's why.       

there is really nothing wrong or unhealthy about it....we're not really meant to be clogging up out bodies with mess EVERY single day...three times a day....nothing wrong with starving or drinking fluids for a few days

im not evn full vegan yet & evry since i start cuttin out mess like dairy & most meats, eggs.
ive lost like 14 pounds in 3 weeks!
