Romero mentioned seeing people on ig with hot bodies kind of forces you to want to workout more and I agree.

I've gotten into routine now to where if I don't workout 4-5 days a week I don't feel right.

I feel bad for FAT people @ the beach. People literally GAWK (me included). I always wonder if its the same elsewhere but I haven't been to a beach outside of Florida

I have to say, once im on, im ON! Im so dedicated right now that i can give myself that day and  THAT'S IT!  I don't do all that left over mess. I will sometimes take my favorite foods and freeze em for a cheat day or something diwn the line tho. Drais, is it a slippery slope?
