ppl saying you have an amazing body, I've always played sports, ran track, lifted, so I'm used to hearing that
But work has been busy, I've been relaxed, no stresses lately. I've been kinda well ... eating during October
And then I hear .... "your six pack is losing definition .... fatty"
Even tho they were playing I'm like

I'm 5' 11" .. 185 and I usually stay under 10 body fat
So anyways, Drai' thread had me thinking I'll just do that for a day. I had my water, sprinkled some pep' in it...
It was ok until about 9pm when I found myself 6 deep into an 8 pack of cinnamon rolls

But when I looked in the mirror this morning I looked fine and flat.
Do you guys monitor your body image closely or just let it flow naturally?
