thats why many sites, reviews, blogs and the like use also the word "light" to describe fun, feel good tracks on albums.

True. But most of the times it's used on here it doesn't apply to the material.
None of the songs on this mixtape are even brooding. Its quite carefree.
Its just not what I'd consider "dark" if I were to use it.

Her voice is pretty generic though, which kinda takes away from the songs,
but I can appreciate her being creative & making the most of it.

But if Brandy or Dawn were floating over these beats...ACK!
