Grateful to be alive and healthy.. and to be making new friends.
I am excited about this new year. Gonna be going out the country soon as well..
Traveling even more.
This year has been great .. I'm almost at the goal I wanted my savings account to be at by Jan1st as well

Outside of my breakup.. ive kinda been slayed by 2016

But I'm grateful for my life, health, and strength. My family and close friends still being here, my job, my own place, food to eat, being able to provide for myself, and for the word I received today.

Ugh we are such lucky people when you think about it. Sometimes you need to take a moment and just embrace all the good in your life.

!!!! So true. We take it for granted sometimes.

Like being alive, able-bodies, MALE, living in the West. What kinda jackpot. Sexy young black menzes that we are. Ugh it is just so awesome.

I don't ever want to not appreciate that. And look back at past pics, and think I didn't know how good I had it. no ma'am. am soaking it all in.

I SEE ppl's energy and you have to be a bit empathic too.

and chanting ... my chant is counting tho
I focus and count until everything is slowed down

I have a clock in my room that ticks, I count with it

one time counting, I counted to 300 twice ... back to back .... should be ten minutes right

only 5 minutes passed.... so where in the hell was I for those extra 5 minutes?!

Right now I'm just thankful for being able to experience growth, both personal and physical.

I certainly want to also get my body right and really get back on proper nutrition!
