I met this korean guy at the hilton hotel da'day while staying overnight on business. he was cute giving me the eye and all. we got on the elevator and he started making small talk. I was like, "Why is this man talking to me." You know, on my bougie gal approach. He kept talking so I was like, "I'mma give this man a chance." Asked him did he live here or was he visiting. Said he's from Greenwich Village in brooklyn ny and would be staying here for a while. Then I was like, "Hold on!!!" Bitch I had to press a new number to stay on longer. Greenwich Village?! He got a little change. So he tells me what he does and stuff. he asked about me. Then he was like, "Wanna meet some time?" And I was like, "Sure where?!" Then he was like, "Oh a date, right?" I was like, "Ok." Then he lol and said, "Would you date an asian guy?" I was like, "Of course! Why would you ask that stupid?" I mean, if I agreed, I'm obviously interested slow. He said, "Some guys don't do blacks or asians or fat guys, etc." I just felt some kind of way in my spirit. Like why you begging for a date? have a lil bit mo' confidence. If they don't like you, that's their prerogative. But then again, I usually stick to my own race. I'm not one of those self hating poc looking for a non black knight in the daytime with a flash light. If it happens, it happens, but it's not a goal of mine. So whether they wanna fuck or not isn't really something I care to ask. I saw a post like this on tumblr of a black man begging a white man for a date on Grindr then getting mad when the white man said he doesn't date black men. I was like

. He on some coon mess and probably wouldn't date his own kind. What's this shit about guys?
