The guy couldn't find my name on the list and told me I had to fill out an affidavit ballot because I moved since the last election. The guy put my ballot in some clear envelope and told me I was supposed to tell the Board of Elections that I moved before election day.

Why did I not know this before and did my mess even count? I'm scared guys.

Yeah I had to update my address info and have a new registration card issued for that reason. Can you just go to your previous polling place? If it's not too far.

Its complicated and not organized. That updated address mess.  If you have your name and SS#, it should be enough.

I don't know. Not sure how they reconcile in these affidavit situations. I wonder if there's some kinda flag in the system for you now.
