At times he was stiff but ch

he literally used to sing and dance his foundation off

I see what you're saying!

I was watching "Another Part Of Me" performances from the BAD Tour the other night, and he kinda SETTLED into my wig cap.

But some of that shit is a cheesy LIPPED mess.  It's funny the things that performers now get read & attacked for, "the greats" like Michael and Janet did 24/7.

OakTREE

He was not overrated. He is the best entertainer in life and he is BLACK.

But on da rell, I never seen Micky sing live. Lemme just tell ya dat.

VERY.

Prince performing abilities >>> MJ.

I'll give it to MJ for setting the tone and pushing the envelope for performers when it came to big production performances.
But... None of his old performances do anything for me. Him in videos tho' >>

Have you ever seen the James Brown concert when he invited both Mike and Prince onstage?  Prince was high out of his mind and kinda DEVOURED that stage.

The way Mike crept to the shadows.  :plzstop:

It was a different time back then and their video's had these epic choreographic that just HAD to be done on stage, it would've been hard to sing live and murk the "Bad" or "RN" chorography
They mixed live and precorded well just like Beyonce does now

GRAND

eh

i'd say his artistry before his performing ability

he definitely set the standard and tone

but i feel like every artist goes through ups and downs when it comes to performing (the ones who are actually good, that is)
