I'm wondering how this will play out. Will they all die one-by-one present day but flashback to completely unrelated mess for the bulk of the story like they did with Sam? This show never fails to amaze me!

Wes dying wont be a bad thing. I was kinda done with his whole story line anyways, especially this season thus far. Now that Frank is back, that tired plot is dead too. They can now move on to something fresh. The 1st season was epic and Wes' role wasnt so pivotal to the show. Only his relationship with that druggie. All they have to do is put the spotlight on somebody new.

Honestly, this show could go on for another 10 seasons. Like, they still have SO MUCH mess and storylines that they can push.
