If you have two eyes with good vision, you can clearly see that more than half of the arena is closed off.

And if you have two eyes you can see that she's mixing her venues. Most of her shows are arenas but she's also doing multiple shows in the same cities because she likes the intimate settings. There's nothing closed off about that second show.
