That's why I say he should text or email the guy. Get him to confess that he overcharged him, screenshot the messages and take it to court. He'll have to do that to be on the safe side. It could also be possible that he gets served a summons and goes to court and agrees to owing the money. But to be on the safe side, get proof. Shoot him a text like 'I can't believe you charged me an extra $50 a month for rent? Why did u do that?' And take it form there...I've watched enough Judge Judy to know lol. Actually, thats what he should have done from the get go. If I loan money to a friend, we converse over a text, email, whatsapp, etc and I screenshot that shit just in case.
