This man is fucking smart. In 3 years if no one evicts or file a law suit he can petition to get the title and officially own the house. The white devils on the block are furious. They are so damn angry that he out smarted these gurs. The law was created by them for them and he beat them at their own game. But this is the strangest law ever. You can just break into a house, camp there and own it? That is ridiculous. Of course these people could be racist but remember they might also have known the former owner of the house. That owner won't have the money to go to court. If the bank sells it, maybe some of the owner's debt will be paid.. I don't know how that system works. I think these people are just afraid that if they get into financial trouble some random stranger can take over their home.
