And this is why I support black women dating outside the black community!  They have too much stacked against them to be waiting on an ideal black man.

1. Black men in the prison system at disproportionate amounts
2. Black men on the DL
3. Black men date other races at a much higher percentage
4. Black men prefer light skinned/good hair
5. The black community promotes sharing dick
6. "Decent" black men have no competition so they play the field for as long as they can

Indians aren't told/taught that almost EVERY element of their being is unattractive.
From their skin, to their hair, to their God given features.

But one could argue that some Black women grow up to be that way because of their childhoods.

I'm sure alot of people grow up a certain way based on their childhood. That isn't exclusive to black women.

Alot of them walk around with a chip on their shoulder mad at the world but aren't even trying to make a change or stop the cycle of hate. They willingly pass it on to the next generation.

Black people need to get it together.

But I agree. I was so surprised to see that 'fas didn't have a 30 inch horse tail sewed into Blu's head soon as they cut the umbilical cord.

She's a shining example of how just because you were raised a certain way, and even being in the entertainment industry for YEARS, the most shallow place on Earth....she still didn't pass it down. Even when they were dragging Blu for points. I'm sure she saw all of that mess going down on the internet.

But progress is being made. 

I'm seeing more and more of my sisters embracing their God given beauty and standing in their truth. Most of my Black female coworkers are natural. 

Except one. But she's...special. Half Native American self.

Yeah it's really refreshing looking @ my facebook and seeing all my friends that were WEAVED down wearing their natural mess now

I mean, some of them look a MESS 

But I understand. If you've been wearing fake hair all of your life, it may be a challenge trying something new at first. Either way it's HUGE progress.

The natural mess wasn't a thing a decade ago, at ALL.

I sooooo love that black people are realizing that they are perfect the way they were born, just like everyone else.
