If i say "that's cool, i can respect your opinion" im being passive agressive. If i say "nigga, fck u" then I'm angry. How about not limiting  me to what u feel is "an appropriate response " and allowing me to be an individual

I can agree with this. I've seen u ignore posts alot. It's actually different for me tho.  Me ignoring people is just usually me not liking someone's personality and not wanting to interact with them. We all respond in different ways but that's not the smoking gun on what it is we're feeling.
