i'm glad she's independent. one of the reasons why it takes her so long to release new albums is because since the past decade, she's been changing labels, trying to find the right deal. all that shit takes time and drags things out. if bran wants to release a 3rd single, she can. she doesn't need the approval of a major label to do it. furthermore, if she does well as an independent artist and major labels show interest in signing her, she can have more of a say in the terms and conditions of the contract.

i think its full time that brandy takes full control of her career and invest her coins in it. so i'm looking forward to her being independent. albums ain't selling like that anymore but i'm hoping she can get another hit ala Put It Down. she just needs a strong team behind ha. just hire bk mrs norwood.

If youre independent you can't afford to have this "secrecy" thing going on.. because then people REALLY don't know about your projects and neither will they be interested to find out. And that's not meant as shade to Bran but just a general thing I've noticed for independent artist. You can not afford to be complacent,
