Ya'll missing the big picture here. Brandy has NOT put out any bad music or something that just isn't catching on. It's the fact that she doesn't have the right setup/marketing and plan to execute the idea successfully.
Why wasn't PID pushed more to pop radio? It went #2 R&B/Hip-Hop and got hella views/spins. Why wasn't Do You Know sent to radio and video treatment? We all know that would've been a #1 with urban. The mainstream hoes only follow what we are doing so they would've hopped on and liked it too! WD is my favorite song period but it could've waited a little bit and the video could've had a real concept to really express the song. Ppl would've caught on to that Brandy signature that most only our and past generation would've got and loved!
Brandy won't put out bad music or a wrong single choice, it's just her plan needs to be better. Let go of these old songs, old beefs, old memories of what she should do because it's not working and even know we love and know it's good, the general public doesn't and obviously doesn't care either!
But bring on something cuz I'm knawing at my mf ankles waiting. I feel like a crackwhore in rebab tied to the stretcher bih!
