yeah I have known ppl to do it.  I have done it before when it is really cold.  It IS illegal to do it though .. because a lot of thefts happened when someone would run into the store and leave their car running and then they come out and its gone.  I get why you do it though.. i HATE the cold too luv sorry it happened to you
