If you don't understand that Black kids, boys especially, are tracked in the public school system then I can't help you. Look up the school to prison pipeline. Not to mention a much higher percentage of Black people are poor compared to other groups (due to hundreds of years of institutionalized racism that STILL exists) and obviously schools are especially bad in poor neighborhoods since schools are funded by property tax.

And I can't believe you actually said that about the justice system. That's especially biased against the Black and Brown and poor.
