Well, to really get technical...
The last Top 10 hit was "When I Grow Up" by PCD in mid-2008.
"Damage" was a hit in early-2008.

But I was more referring to STRING of hits from a girl group.

Girl groups are horrid because there's no time period of grooming them.
It's just girls put together and thrown out there.
When u think about it, 5th harmony didn't reach their PEAK-ish-moment until 3-4 years after they banded together.
