Do you believe West Africans are physically superior than other types of humans? I think I do. I don't think there is any valid scientific research as far as brain capacity or creativity... And people have tried so I do personally believe any human regardless of origin most likely has the same rate of being a super genius or not. But then considering that physical superiority can actually be proven, and supposing that intellect is also mere biology and not nurturing, maybe one day you can also discover which regional environments compliment functional brains.
