Britney Spears Enlists "gimme More" Producer Danja For New Record





Britney might be considering a "Blackout II" afterall.

With the announcement she's extending her Las Vegas residency another two years, many of Britney's fans expressed dissatisfaction because their idol wouldn't make her way towards them for a while. It's either continue browsing show posts on BreatheHeavy or save up enough to fly to Sin City, but perhaps she can make it up to them with a stellar studio album.

We know Britney's working on liberating ~man hating~ music with the likes of DJ Mustard, Alex Da Kid, Chantal Kreviazuk, Ian Kirkpatrick, Matthew Koma and rumored collabos from Diplo & Skrillex, but things took a turn when producer Danja announced Team Britney called him for help. He's the mastermind behind many Blackout tracks, including "Gimme More," "Break The Ice," "Perfect Lover" "Get Naked," "Hot As Ice" and Circus's "Kill The Lights." He wasn't asked back for Femme Fatale or Britney Jean, and his presence was sorely missed.

That' all changed.

During a Periscope live chat with fans on Thursday, Danja revealed he was asked to collaborate, and though there's no guarantee his song(s) makes the cut, it is a promising sign the direction of the album will steer far, far away from anything Will.I.Am related and return to the vibe that put Britney into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

"We're having fun right now," Britney said in a recent interview about working on her new album. "I'm working with some women who are amazing writers. I have ballads and, of course, dance music?fun cheeky sexy stuff."

We like fun and cheeky, but we love dark and sexy more.

well when will.i.flop took over as EP for BJ he literally scrapped Dev Haynes, Danja, Rodney Jerkins in favour for his own people who didn't even know how to mix Brit vocals properly

He'll definitely make the cut this time. It's almost like Brit's team were saving him as a "wildcard". They know they gotta give us Blackout 2. Thats the only way she can BOOK the charts again while being TRAPPED in Vegas.
