yeah she said it in a video where she was doing a live chat with some of her subscribers... they were talking about kierra sheard vs karen beyonce vs tamar, and somebody brought up brandy being the vocal bible... and she said something like "i really dont think so guys, shes very skilled ans amazing but when i think of vocal bible i think of the supremes like whit and mariah. so i just disagree."
