Brandy has performance rights to the original music she records and releases, underneath the most recent terms of the contract for which it was recorded. The label may own the master recording, but the lyrics and lead is usually owned by the publishing company/companies. The amount of Brandy's stake in any of her songs could range on a wide scale.

I see so this stuff wouldnt be common knowledge unless you had access to this paperwork
but ok so she can perform everysong she has recorded on a released album just fine right?
