we don't expect new music from our faves anymore, it's a let down to expect someone whose voice you love to even sit on instagram and sing without it being an "in the streets" parody. We are scarred to our core.

we don't believe you will come with anything that will make up for the 4+ year breaks that hurt our hearts. not even a pity SoundCloud single that we would gladly have a purchase party for and support. Simple time out of your day because you were blessed with the gift and the chance.

why?

because unlike some fans who wanted recognition or to be your friend... most of us just wanted your light to guide us

to just sing and help us through trying times with the healing in your voice

Cause Brandy loves yes ppl around her. Her entire career if anyone told her the truth, she distanced herself from them.

God forbid somebody on her team pour ice cold water on her, drag her outta the bed and FORCE her to record.

I personally lost respect, don't just keep sitting up and LYING with a str8 face. She said she learned that after the marriage thing but she keeps doing the shit repeatedly.

You're so wrong about the yes people. Brandy went along with what other people wanted her to do for most of her career; part of the reason she hates a lot of her catalogue.

It's easy to pound the keyboard and say what she is or isn't doing. None of us are in any of her business meetings or recording sessions to know where she is in terms of the album.
